In the Ada community, this reference works is often called "RM95".
RM95 is the revised definition of the language entitled "Ada 95 Reference Manual: The Language / The Standard Libraries" (ANSI/ISO/IEC-8652:1995). There are two parts to this document: the Core language and the Annexes. The official appellation of this document is

The commercial version of DocAda contains the full text of three Ada 95 reference works: RM95, the Rationale, and AARM, as well as integrated updates reflecting the best and most current understanding of the Ada 95 standard.
The DocAda hypertext structure and annotations organize the reference work for easy browsing and appropriate typographical rendering when possible, depending for many aspects on the scope and power of HTML (version 3.2).
The hierarchical tables of contents and supplementary links ease the orientation and navigation within the hypertext pages of the document.
